Celebrating CCS Training Achievements

4 September 2017

CCS is committed to the training and development of staff.

Through training we become more successful, bridging skills gaps and enhancing our teams. Our staff and their professional development really matter to us.

During 2017, together with our training partner HIT Training,  we have enabled over 10% of our workforce to achieve recognised qualifications. We sit well above the national average of our competitors and well above the Government kite mark of 2.3%.

Our staff on training programmes have shown tremendous commitment, determination and drive to develop their skills. We are immensely proud of each and every one of them. Our collective achievements in the last school year are incredible!

HIT Training have received our 2017 Working in Partnership Award and together we want to excel further, training more staff than ever before.

CCS employees who would like to enrol in our apprenticeship programme should contact rachel.margerum@cambridgeshire.gov.uk, CCS Training Manager.

Everyone is important and we would like to sponsor as many of our staff as we can.
